What does Momentum Squads do?

Momentum Squads is a custom software development company. We build web platforms, AI tools, chatbots, IoT systems and business automation for startups and enterprises. We assemble small focused teams ('squads') around each project so you get the right expertise from day one.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Custom web platforms, SaaS products, e-commerce and marketplaces, AI assistants and RAG-powered tools, Telegram / WhatsApp / Instagram chatbots, CRM and ERP integrations, IoT firmware and dashboards, marketing automation and internal tooling. If it's software, we've shipped something close to it.

Do you work with startups or only large companies?

Both. Roughly half our work is with early-stage startups (MVPs, first production releases, founding-team augmentation) and half with mid-size and enterprise clients (custom platforms, modernisation, AI features, ongoing product squads). We scale the team and process to the stage you're at.

How do you assemble a squad for my project?

We start with a free discovery call to understand the goals, scope and constraints. Then we propose the smallest viable squad — typically a tech lead, 1–3 engineers, a designer when needed and a delivery manager — pulled from the people who have shipped similar products before. You meet them before the contract is signed.

How long does a typical project take?

A landing page or simple promo site ships in 1–3 weeks. A full MVP (web app, API, admin) is usually 6–10 weeks. Larger custom platforms and AI products run 3–6 months for v1, then continue as an ongoing engagement. We give a written estimate after the discovery call.

How much does custom software development cost?

Pricing depends on scope, complexity and timeline. Most engagements fall between $8k for a focused landing or chatbot, $25–60k for an MVP, and $80k+ for a full custom platform. We send a detailed proposal with milestone-based budget so you always know what you're paying for.

What technologies do you specialise in?

Backend: Python (Django, FastAPI), Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis. Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript. AI/ML: OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, RAG, vector DBs (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate). Infra: Docker, AWS, GCP, CI/CD. Mobile: React Native. We pick the stack that fits the product, not the other way around.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. Most clients keep a small support and growth squad after launch for monitoring, bug fixes, security patches, performance tuning and new features. You can book a fixed monthly retainer or pay per sprint, whichever maps better to your roadmap.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. We routinely integrate with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Bitrix24), ERPs (SAP, Odoo, 1C), payment processors (Stripe, LiqPay, WayForPay), analytics (GA4, Mixpanel) and any service that exposes a REST or GraphQL API. Where no API exists, we build webhooks or scheduled syncs.
