Software & AI Development for Automotive and Mobility

A chatbot platform running across Hyundai, Škoda and Suzuki dealer networks, an AI assistant inside a service CRM that lifted upsells fourfold, 24/7 driver recruitment, and a parts store with its own warehouse — automotive software shipped since 2017.

About the Service

Car businesses lose money in the gaps between departments. A lead arrives at 9pm and waits until morning; a service reminder is somebody's spreadsheet; the parts counter, the showroom and the workshop each hold a different version of the same customer. Momentum Squads builds the software that closes those gaps — for dealer networks, independent service centres, parts retailers and transport operators — and has been doing it since 2017.

Our automotive work concentrates in three places. Conversational platforms that sell, book and support without office hours. CRM and automation that turns service history into revenue instead of an archive. And web platforms — parts stores, product landings, dealer front-ends — that plug into the systems behind them rather than standing beside them.

The largest of these is a chatbot platform for automotive dealers, running across Hyundai, Škoda, Suzuki and other networks. One integrated ecosystem covers sales, service and support: browsing the live model range, booking test drives and service visits, and offering financing and insurance inside the same conversation. It integrates deeply with dealership stores, CRM and service systems, so a customer is answered from live inventory and real service slots rather than a brochure.

CloudWheels is the same idea aimed at retention. An AI assistant sits inside the service CRM, predicts when a vehicle is due, sends the reminder at the right moment, and automates the marketing that follows — work that lifted upsells fourfold and measurably improved loyalty. We also built the product's public face: the BotWheels landing page went live in 24 hours, presenting automated reminders, vehicle tracking and AI-generated marketing to the auto-service market.

Mobility is not only cars. For Oazis Park, a major Polish transport company, we built an AI recruitment chatbot that screens and answers driver candidates 24/7 from a custom knowledge base and hands over to a human the moment it is unsure — a hiring pipeline that keeps running when the HR office is closed, which for a transport operator is most of the time drivers are actually job-hunting.

And where the business is parts rather than vehicles, we build the commerce stack: Pnevmo remont runs on a fully custom online store with its own inventory management, CRM functionality, and shipping and payment integrations — a catalogue where fitment and stock accuracy matter more than storefront polish.

An honest note on scope. We do not build vehicle firmware, telematics hardware or anything that runs on a CAN bus, and we are not a DMS vendor. Our work is the customer-facing and back-office software around your dealership or workshop: the conversation, the booking, the reminder, the store, and the integrations that keep them consistent with the DMS, CRM and service systems you already run.

With us, you get not just development, but a reliable technology partner ensuring your business success.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who in the automotive sector do you build for?
Dealer networks, independent service centres and workshops, parts retailers, and transport operators. We have shipped a chatbot platform used across Hyundai, Škoda and Suzuki dealer networks, an AI-plus-CRM product for auto services, a driver recruitment assistant for a major Polish transport company, and a custom parts store. Brand size is less important than whether there is a real system behind the counter for us to integrate with.
Can a chatbot handle test drives and service bookings?
Yes, and that is where most of the value sits. The dealer platform we built covers browsing the model range, booking test drives and booking service visits, integrated with dealership stores, CRM and service systems so slots and stock are real. A booking bot that cannot see the calendar just moves the phone call one step later — the integration is the product, not the chat window.
Can it offer financing and insurance in the same conversation?
It can, and the dealer platform does exactly that: financing, insurance and related products are offered alongside the vehicle, inside the same chat. The engineering behind embedded finance is covered in more depth on our fintech page — the short version is that the offer has to be built on live data and your partners' rules, not on a static PDF.
How do you increase service revenue from existing customers?
By making the service history do the work. For CloudWheels we put an AI assistant inside the service CRM: it predicts when a vehicle is due, triggers the reminder at the right time, and automates the follow-up marketing. That lifted upsells fourfold. Nothing about it is exotic — most workshops already hold the data, they just have no mechanism that acts on it without someone remembering to.
We use a DMS. Will you replace it?
No. We integrate with it. Every automotive product above sits on top of systems the client already ran — dealership stores, CRM, service platforms. Replacing a DMS is a multi-year decision with its own risk; putting a better customer-facing layer on the one you have is usually where the return actually is, and it is reversible if you change DMS later.
Can you help us hire drivers or technicians?
Yes — we built exactly that for Oazis Park. An AI chatbot answers candidate questions from a custom knowledge base, runs the initial screening around the clock, and hands over to a recruiter when it is not confident. For roles where candidates apply outside office hours, the difference is not efficiency, it is whether the application happens at all.
How fast can something go live?
The BotWheels landing page went live in 24 hours, but that is a landing page — worth quoting as the floor, not the norm. An integrated dealer or service platform is scoped in weeks and depends almost entirely on the systems it must connect to. We give a fixed scope and timeline after looking at those systems, and we would rather stage a launch — one channel or one location first — than promise everything at once.
Do you work with multi-brand and multi-location networks?
Yes. The dealer platform runs across several brands and dealer networks at once, which is precisely the case where per-location differences — stock, pricing, service slots, promos — have to be handled by the architecture rather than by duplicating the product. That is designed in at the start; retrofitting multi-tenancy onto a single-location build is the expensive path.
