About the Service

Momentum Squads builds software for businesses that move money: lenders and pawn operations digitizing their customer funnel, retail and automotive companies embedding financing and payments into their sales flows, and platforms where payment processing is the product itself. We have shipped this kind of work since 2017 — not as a bank-software vendor, but as the engineering squad behind the calculators, chat commerce, and payment engines that financial products run on.

The work falls into a few repeatable patterns. On the web development side: calculators and scoring front-ends that turn your lending rules into instant online estimates, customer portals, and payment aggregation that routes transactions across multiple providers. On the chatbot development side: in-chat payments and fiscal receipts, financing and insurance product flows inside sales conversations, and lead funnels that mirror your website in the messenger your customers already use. Underneath both sits integration work — CRM, ERP, fiscal services, and payment providers connected so the customer-facing layer runs on live data.

For Parus Pawnshop we built a responsive website around an instant collateral calculator: the estimate adapts to item type, loan term, and condition, so a visitor sees a transparent number before ever calling the shop. A chatbot duplicates the assessment form and client support, catching the leads that prefer messengers — and the whole funnel launched in a short, fixed timeframe.

For a chatbot platform serving Hyundai, Škoda, and Suzuki dealer networks, finance is embedded where the buying happens: alongside test-drive booking and purchase support, dealers offer financing, insurance, and related products inside the same conversation. The platform integrates deeply with dealership stores, CRM, and service systems, so every offer is built on live data rather than brochures.

With Online Casa we went furthest into regulated territory: a chatbot through which small businesses sell goods, accept card payments by tapping the card on a smartphone, issue fiscal receipts via integrated software cash registers, and register their cash registers and trading points with the tax authorities — supporting both individual entrepreneurs and companies.

The heaviest payments engineering we have shipped runs inside Felen, a global content-monetization platform: a custom-built payment aggregator routes each transaction to the right provider by predefined conditions, processes both fiat and cryptocurrency, and rests on a secure queue system that prevents duplicate or fraudulent charges under real-time, high-load conditions.

An honest note on scope. We do not build core banking systems, and we do not provide licensed financial services, legal advice, or compliance audits — licenses and regulatory decisions stay with you and your advisors. Our job is the software around your licensed operation: the calculators, payment flows, integrations, and records, implemented exactly to the rules your compliance side defines. That division of labor is narrower than what some vendors promise — and it is the one we can back with shipped, named work.

With us, you get not just development, but a reliable technology partner ensuring your business success.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of financial-services businesses do you work with?
We work at the software edge of finance rather than inside licensed institutions: pawnshops and lenders that need online calculators and lead funnels, retail and dealer businesses embedding financing, insurance, and payments into their sales flows, and platforms where payment processing is the core of the product. If your business moves money or issues credit, we build the customer-facing and back-office software around that.
Can you build an online loan or collateral calculator?
Yes — it is one of our proven patterns. For Parus Pawnshop we built a website calculator that produces an instant collateral estimate from item type, loan term, and condition, plus a request form and a chatbot that mirrors the same funnel. The identical approach fits loan pre-qualification, installment estimates, or any scoring front-end where your own rules decide the number.
Can a chatbot accept payments and issue fiscal receipts?
Yes. Online Casa, a product we built, lets small businesses sell through a chat interface: card payments accepted by tapping the card on a smartphone, fiscal receipts issued through integrated software cash registers, and tax-authority registration handled for both individual entrepreneurs and companies. Where your market has similar fiscalization requirements, we integrate the local fiscal services rather than working around them.
Can you embed financing and insurance products into our sales flow?
We did exactly this for a chatbot platform serving Hyundai, Škoda, and Suzuki dealer networks: alongside vehicles, dealers offer financing, insurance, and related services inside the same conversation, with deep integration into dealership stores, CRM, and service platforms. The pattern transfers to any business that wants financial products presented at the moment of purchase instead of in a separate process.
Do you build payment aggregation across multiple providers?
Yes. For the Felen creator-monetization platform we built a custom payment aggregator that routes each transaction to the right provider based on predefined conditions, processes both fiat and cryptocurrency, and uses a queue system that prevents duplicate or fraudulent transactions. Multi-provider routing is how payments-heavy platforms control fees, cover more countries, and avoid depending on a single processor.
Will you replace our existing systems or integrate with them?
We integrate first. The dealer platform we built plugs into existing dealership stores, CRM, and service systems; Online Casa connects to existing fiscal and payment infrastructure. Replacing a working back office is rarely the right first move — most of the value comes from putting a better customer-facing layer and automation on top of the systems your team already runs.
Do you handle licensing and regulatory compliance?
No — and be wary of a software vendor that claims to. Licenses, regulatory reporting, and compliance decisions stay with you and your legal advisors. What we do is implement your compliance requirements precisely in software: fiscal receipt integration, registration flows, transaction records, and audit-friendly data structures, built to the rules your side defines.
How do you keep payment flows reliable?
Payment code fails differently from ordinary features — a duplicate charge is worse than a crashed page. We engineer for that: idempotent transaction queues so a retried request can never charge twice (the approach behind Felen's aggregator), card handling delegated to the payment provider rather than our own code, and real-time status updates so users are never left guessing whether money moved.
