SaaS and Startup Software Development
A CPQ platform automating quoting and billing, a high-load creator-economy product handling fiat and crypto, a microservice marketplace with 3,000+ users, and booking platforms with role-based dashboards — built by senior squads since 2017.

About the Service
Most startup software fails for one of two reasons: it was built so fast that the second feature broke the first, or it was built so carefully that the market moved on before launch. Momentum Squads has spent since 2017 finding the line between those — shipping MVPs fast enough to learn from, on architecture that survives being right.
We work with founders and product teams at three points. Getting a first version into real users' hands. Building the platform once the idea has proven itself and boxed tools stop fitting. And extending a product team that already exists, with a dedicated squad rather than a handful of contractors. How each of those actually runs is described on how we work.
DealPuzzles is the full B2B SaaS shape: a CPQ platform that automates quoting, billing and contract management for software and AI companies, with Stripe recurring billing and CRM middleware integration. It is the kind of product where the domain logic — pricing rules, approvals, contract states — is the hard part, and the UI is the easy half.
Felen is the high-load end. A global content-monetization platform with subscriptions, donations and product sales, combining real-time WebSocket interactions with a custom payment aggregator that routes transactions across providers, handles both fiat and cryptocurrency, and uses a queue system that prevents duplicate or fraudulent charges under live load. Payments engineering of this kind is unforgiving: a duplicate charge is much worse than a slow page.
Marketplaces bring their own shape. Boris Does, a freelance platform for the Australian market, runs on microservices with chat, quoting, invoicing and real-time interactions, serving 3,000+ users on responsive, SEO-ready pages. Rozumiu is the two-sided booking equivalent: consultations across four-plus expert areas, integrated online payment, session tracking, and separate dashboards for clients, consultants and admins — three role models in one product, which is where most booking builds go wrong.
And not every product needs a year. Linker Monster, an AI-assisted link management platform with drag-and-drop management, embedded analytics, a landing page and a blog, was built in days rather than months. We are explicit about which projects that applies to: a focused tool with a narrow surface can move that fast; a platform with billing, roles and integrations cannot, and we will say which one you have before quoting.
An honest note on scope. We are an engineering partner, not a co-founder, an incubator or an investor: we do not take equity in place of payment, and we do not run your product strategy. We will push back on scope we think is unbuildable in the time you have — and if the honest answer is that your idea needs less software than you were expecting, we would rather say so at the estimate stage than bill for the difference.
