Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Site Agreement and applies to all information, including personal data of the User, obtained by the Site Administration https://momentumsquads.com/uk/ (hereinafter – the Site) in the process of the User's work with the Site.
Use of the Site means unconditional consent of the User to this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing his personal data specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions the User must refrain from using the Site.
Before using the Site, the User must carefully study this Privacy Policy.
1. Personal Data and Its Collection
1.1. By providing their personal data in any form (filling out feedback forms, service requests, newsletter subscriptions, etc.) to the Site Administration, the User expresses consent to the processing of their personal data by the Site Administration in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (Vidomosti Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy (VVR), 2010, No. 34, Art. 481).
1.2. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to the processing of your personal data (cookies, IP addresses, and other technical data), as well as their use for marketing and analytical purposes, including through Google, Facebook (Meta), and other services.
1.3. Personal data processing is carried out for the following purposes:
- Providing services and consultations to the User;
- Fulfillment of agreements between the Site Administration and the User;
- Improving the Site's operation and marketing analysis.
1.4. Personal data processing is carried out exclusively on the territory of Ukraine, in compliance with current legislation.
2. Storage Period and Consent Withdrawal
2.1. The User's consent to the processing of their personal data is given to the Site Administration for the period necessary to fulfill obligations between the User and the Site Administration.
2.2. In case of wishing to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, the User notifies the Site Administration in writing or by email at: info@momentumsquads.com.
2.3. After receiving this notification, the Site Administration stops processing the User's personal data and deletes it, except for data whose storage is required by law.
3. Data Transfer to Third Parties
3.1. The User's personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases directly provided for by this Privacy Policy or current legislation of Ukraine.
4. Measures for Personal Data Protection
4.1. In its activities, the Site Administration is guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
4.2. The Site Administration takes all necessary reasonable measures to protect users' personal data and complies with the rights of personal data subjects, established by current legislation of Ukraine.
4.3. Protection of the User's personal data is carried out using physical, technical, and administrative measures aimed at preventing the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, breach of confidentiality, and data alteration. Security measures include network protection and data encryption (SSL), control of physical access to servers, as well as control of access permissions to data.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
5.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally make any changes to the Privacy Policy without prior notice to the User.
