Terms of use
1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — "Agreement") is a public contract of adhesion and regulates the relationship between the Internet user (hereinafter — "User") and the site administration Momentum Squads (hereinafter — "Site Owner") when using the website https://momentumsquads.com (hereinafter — "Site").
1.2. By visiting this Site, using its functionality, or filling out feedback forms, the User confirms that they are familiar with the terms of this Agreement, understand them, and accept them in full without any reservations.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they are obliged to immediately stop using the Site.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. This Agreement defines the terms of use of the Site's materials and services. The Site is created for the purpose of informing potential clients about the company's services (software development, web development, AI solutions, design, etc.), portfolio demonstration, and communication.

3.1. All objects placed on the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, scripts, program code, logos (including the Momentum Squads trademark), are objects of exclusive rights of the Site Owner or other rights holders with whom appropriate agreements have been concluded.
3.2. Use of the Site's content, as well as any other service elements, is possible only within the functionality offered by the Site. No elements of the Site's content may be used in any other way without prior written permission from the Site Owner (including copied, modified, distributed, or published).
3.3. Quoting materials from the Site (including Blog articles) is allowed only on condition of the presence of an active hyperlink to the source.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. Information posted on the Site (technology descriptions, cases, articles) is for informational purposes only. The Site Owner makes efforts to ensure data relevance but does not guarantee their complete accuracy or exhaustiveness at any given time.
4.2. The Site Owner is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that arose as a result of using or inability to use the Site, as well as due to the actions of third parties.
4.3. The Site may contain links to external resources (for example, profiles on social networks LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram). The Site Owner is not responsible for the availability of these resources or their content.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The User has the right to:
- Freely search and receive information on the Site.
- Contact the Site Owner with questions or service proposals through contact information or feedback forms.
5.2. The User is prohibited from:
- Using the Site to commit actions that violate the legislation of Ukraine or international law.
- Sending spam, malicious software, or information that offends the honor and dignity of other persons through feedback forms.
- Attempting unauthorized access to Site management or its closed sections.
- Copying and using cases (Portfolio) or client reviews, passing them off as one's own.
5.3. The Site Owner is obliged to:
- Ensure the Site's functionality, except during technical work.
- Review User inquiries sent through contact forms.
6. Personal Data and Confidentiality
6.1. When using feedback forms (for example, "Discuss project" or "Contact us"), the User may provide their personal data (name, email, phone number, social media links).
6.2. The Site Owner processes this data exclusively for the purpose of providing responses to inquiries, preparing commercial proposals, and communicating about possible cooperation.
6.3. The Site Owner undertakes not to transfer the received data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law, and cases necessary to fulfill the User's request (for example, involving technical specialists of the company to evaluate the project).
7. Final Provisions
7.1. The Site Owner reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally. The updated version comes into force from the moment of its publication on this page.
7.2. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Issues not regulated by this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine.
