Government Chatbot — Finding Relatives Lost in War
A secure Viber chatbot for submitting requests to locate loved ones lost due to war. Developed for the National Information Bureau of Ukraine under urgent timelines.р>
About case
We developed a high-security chatbot for the National Information Bureau of Ukraine, enabling citizens to report missing persons affected by the war. The bot operates on Viber and was built under extreme time constraints while facing ongoing cyberthreats.
Key priorities were security, reliability, and ease of use—even for those in temporarily occupied territories. The chatbot provides a direct communication channel between civilians and the government, helping thousands of families seek information about their loved ones. Despite constant cyberattacks, the system has remained stable, encrypted, and resilient throughout its operation. Go to the project
