We created a chatbot for “Nasha Rukavychka” — a Ukrainian retail chain — to enhance customer experience and reduce friction at every step. The bot gives users quick access to their bonus card, lets them scan product barcodes for price info, browse active promotions, find nearby stores, and even explore job opportunities or refer friends.
The admin panel (shared with other loyalty cases) allows full control over cashback percentages, targeted broadcasts, referral logic, and integration with CRM and POS systems like Poster.
