About case
We built a loyalty platform that simplifies both customer and staff experience. Guests scan their personal QR to collect or redeem bonuses. They can check balance, view the menu, invite friends via referral links, or find nearby locations — all inside a chatbot interface.
Baristas simply scan a customer’s QR to apply or deduct bonuses in one tap. Admins have a dashboard for controlling cashback percentages, sending marketing broadcasts, and managing locations.
