About case

We developed a stylish, responsive website for Parus Pawnshop that allows users to estimate item value, submit a collateral request, and get instant assistance. The site features a smart calculator that adapts to item type, loan term, and condition, giving users transparent and instant estimates.

To support lead generation and automation, we also integrated a chatbot that mirrors the website’s functionality — including the form for item assessment and client support.
