We developed and integrated a feature-rich Telegram chatbot for a premium vaping brand that has already generated over $5 million in revenue and attracted more than 40,000 authorized customers. The bot supports online ordering, product search, store locator, job openings, and bonus card management—directly within Telegram.

It processes over 7,000 products across 59 stores and features an intuitive UI that allows users to browse categories, view detailed catalogs, and complete purchases with just a few taps. Real-time updates on promotions, loyalty rewards, and quick access to customer support are delivered seamlessly.
