About case
BorisDoes is a freelance marketplace tailored to the Australian market. As lead developers, we built the platform using a microservice-based architecture with Django, DRF, and React. We handled every aspect from task creation flows to real-time messaging, scalable frontend, and marketing automation.
The system includes a WebSocket-based messenger, server-side rendered SEO pages with Next.js, and email campaigns powered by Celery and Redis. UI/UX was carefully designed and tested for mobile and desktop use cases, allowing both tradespeople and clients to easily interact, send quotes, and finalize transactions. Rigorous performance testing, modular frontend logic, and a scalable backend ensured the platform stayed fast and stable under load. Go to the project
